About this role
The Group Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of a company. Reporting to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, both statutory and operational, to various stakeholders.
This role involves leading accounting, finance, and taxation functions, including month-end processing, internal reporting, audit processes, accounts payable, and bank account management.
The Group Financial Controller plays a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, and system implementation. Strong expertise in financial accounting, regulatory compliance, leadership, and strategic decision-making is essential to maintain financial integrity and support the company’s overall financial goals.

- Substantial experience in consolidating and presenting statutory and business accounts in a large multinational business
- Strong leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting, auditing, and legal requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work within demanding time frames and meet expanding business needs
- Proven self-starter with high ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with accounting software and year-end account preparation
- Budget preparation and consolidation experience
