As the Manager Legal Real Estate, your primary responsibility is to handle all legal aspects related to real estate. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various legal documents pertaining to real estate transactions.<\/p>

Your key role will involve ensuring compliance with state and local laws, identifying and mitigating legal risks, coordinating with external law firms, and providing legal advice and opinions on real estate matters.<\/p>

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a repository of lease documents, representing the company in court for real estate matters, and actively participating in discussions regarding lease and real estate purchases.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
