The Certificate in Terminal Operations (CTO) is DP World’s industry-recognised qualification, now offered to students for free for a limited time to support personal development and careers in logistics.

The course is an in-depth e-learning training to understand the operational considerations and processes that influence a port terminal’s performance.

Students who apply will have the opportunity to:

Evaluate the influence of the design of the Container Yard, the factors that uphold the capacity and use, and the cutting-edge strategies for optimization.
Calculate the use and productivity of the dock, the demand for and performance of the crane.
Examine the availability of resources and how to implement a focus of demand-based resource management.
