Human Resources (HR) is the part of a business dedicated to recruiting, training and supporting employees.<\/p>

As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive advice and guidance to managers across the organisation, to help improve employees’ experiences. This position may require travel to different office locations.<\/p>

The role also includes supporting HR Business Partners in reviewing and improving HR practices and policies, ensuring legal compliance, and preparing documentation for various HR processes.<\/p>

Additionally, you will play a key role in managing employee relations cases, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, and flexible working arrangements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).<\/li>\n
    • Significant HR experience, with a focus on Employee Relations.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working in a unionized environment, with a solid understanding of collective bargaining agreements and relevant labour laws.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.<\/li>\n
    • Experience managing and maintaining HR policies.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relation cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and flexible working issues.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in accurately reporting on absence management, grievance, and disciplinary matters.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with legal compliance requirements related to employee relation cases.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to prepare documentation for trade union meetings.<\/li>\n
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n
