An Operational Resilience (BCM) Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational resilience and business continuity management (BCM) activities within an organization – identifying and reducing internal and external risks to the business.<\/p>

Their job role involves developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions and emergencies. They conduct risk assessments, create business continuity plans, coordinate incident response and recovery efforts, and regularly test and update resilience measures.<\/p>

The Operational Resilience (BCM) Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams, trains staff on BCM protocols, and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
