A Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, and successful launch of a product or product line.

Their job role involves conducting market research, identifying customer needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver products that meet customer expectations. They oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and continually monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Product Managers work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success, drive revenue growth, and maximize customer satisfaction. They are key decision-makers, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility to guide the product’s direction and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology
  • MBA with experience in supply chain or ecommerce is a plus
  • 6-10 years of product management experience in technology companies
  • Background in international trade, ecommerce, and logistics
  • Proven ability to develop long-term vision and quarterly roadmaps based on customer feedback and operational insights
