Our Jeddah team recently hosted 30 children aged between 9 and 11 at the Jeddah South Container Terminal. The children were on a tour of the Jeddah Islamic Port; on their stop at DP World, when our operations team shared with the children what it means to be a port operator and how we seamlessly make trade flow across the globe.

We described the process of how we operate in hopes of inspiring these bright young children to consider a career in the logistics field. Our health and safety team also shared with the children how vital safety’s role is to our operations; outlining their day-to-day tasks that ensure our work continues to operate round the clock in a safe and efficient manner.

Under our sustainability strategy, we strive to ensure that we provide industry exposure to the children in the communities in which we operate.
