DP World in Karachi, Pakistan has launched its GROW Graduate Trainee Program as part of its global signature commitment to building a talent pipeline for the future by inducting high-potential graduates. The program aims to develop future leaders rather than just providing basic on-the-job training and targeted candidates who have 16 years or more of education in fields like engineering, business administration, maritime, finance, and information technology.

To ensure high-quality hires, extensive selection criteria were employed that gauged cognitive ability, emotional intelligence, qualification relevance, and alignment with DP World’s leadership behaviours. The selection process consisted of multiple steps.

A total of 2,550 applications were received, and after rigorous assessment rounds, a batch of 24 trainees was onboarded on March 6th, 2023.
